Our web design process is designed to provide you with a seamless and stress-free experience, from the initial discovery call to the final launch of your stunning new website. Below are the steps you would experience. As we work together, we can answer any questions along the way.
It all begins with the inquiry we receive once you complete the "I'm Ready For My Website" form.
A confirmation email will be sent to you allowing you to set up a call based on your preferred schedule. During the call, we will discuss your web design requirements, gather insights about your business, so we can review the selected web design package or discuss website package recommendations, in the case you are not sure which direction to go.
Based on our discovery conversation, we'll create a customized pricing proposal based on the web design plan you selected that includes a timeline for your project.
Once you've agreed to our proposal and timeline, it's time to make a 25% deposit to kick off the design process. You will receive an electronic invoice which you can pay online. We also accept offline payments.
We will email you a request for any images, videos, or graphics you already have for your website. Don't have any? No problem. We'll use royalty-free stock images instead. We'll also collect any social media account information you'd like to feature.
Our team will design a custom graphic logo based on your selected color board. You'll receive three logo concepts for approval. If you chose the Premium Web Design Package, you will also receive a second round social media logo.
Design Layout Concepts (Custom Websites) - We will deliver two custom design concepts for your website layout, with three rounds of design changes included.
Continued Page Design - We will add text content and royalty-free stock images that relate to your business. If you don't have any content ready, don't worry. We'll handle all the content creation for you.
Lead Generator Contact Form Addition - We will design and test website form(s) to help generate leads for your business.
Your website will be formatted to display seamlessly on both desktop and mobile/tablet devices.
We will conduct a final review of your entire website, where we will check for spelling errors, grammar, positioning, color format, etc. A proof link of your final website will be provided. Your approval is required before we finalize the website.
Your website is now ready to go live. Once we have your approval, we will make your site public and provide you with all the necessary files, client portal information, and training essentials to ensure that you are fully equipped to manage your new website.
